Such a fun class! The participants were so delightful and asked lots of excellent questions. Plus the dogs are super cute and very well behaved.
This class was donated to the silent auction at Fiesta del PAWS, a benefit for Pets Are Wonderful Support: a San Diego charity dedicated to helping the sick and elderly care for their companion animals. Below are the winning bidders with happy bellies! These picky eaters loved the main course so much that it was devoured before the camera came out.

No Wheat, Corn, or Soy were used in any portion of the meal
One of the participants hates tomatoes but loved the bruschetta; another disdains sweet potatoes but couldn’t get enough of the gnocchi; and yet another can’t stand textures similar to flan but really enjoyed the panna cotta. ::pats self on back:: 😀

Daisy is on a very restricted diet, but she still got to enjoy some of the yummy goodness
Ronin loved watching the action in the kitchen. He is now a fan of panna cotta and sweet potato gnocchi:-)
